Bay Country Calls was founded by John Taylor, the current "World Goose Calling Champion of Champions". John began making custom goose calls in 1999. It wasn't until some time between 2002 and 2003 that John felt he was really onto something big with his own creation of the "Shore Thing" short reed Canada goose call. Never Settling for second best, John constantly made changes to make it better. After several years of research and development, John is very please to finally introduce to the goose calling world the "Shore Thing". This truly is "the one call that does it all!"
