select the youtube video you want to post.

click the 'share' button on the video

click the 'embed' button that pops up

copy

click the blue 'HTML' icon next to the little broom and insert date icon

paste onto foul nation.

click update

click submit on fowl nation

*make sure that you are copying and pasting the "old embed" code from youtube.  It will give you this option after you click embed
