Anyone use them, and which have you come to like best?
I hunt a lot of backwaters, and there are plenty of days when even a light feeder chuckle is too much. Thinking a whistle might be a good subtle way to get their attention.

I like the duck commander drake mallard call for really calm days and it also is something that not many hunters in the area use so it gives the ducks something different.
As for other whistles, I'll use one when I know Wigeon are in the area to imitate them and will also use it to make the peeps of the teal a little too. FowlNation - Become part of the nation and help it grow |

The best one I've found is the Primos whistle from the beginner pack, it's the only one with the rubber tooth protector for the kids.
the sound changes without it. |

I also like the primos whistle. It is great for pintail and wigeon peeps. I do not think that it makes the drake mallard call as well as my old whistle, but someone usually someone else in the blind has an original whistle Taylor S. Fowl Play Game Calls and Fowlnation Pro Staff |
